CUSTOMER SERVICE

For Customer Service and questions regarding your order, please call Reese Robert website Customer Service at 1.866.929.8363 between 8AM and 4PM PST, Monday through Friday.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am PST will be shipped the same day. Processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates vary.

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States online. Please call 1.866.929.8363 to place a phone order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.

Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day.

Standard shipping charges are applied. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

We cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Reese Roberts accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

Reese Robert cannot process any credit card with a billing address outside of the United States.

All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX:

Reese Robert is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, and New Jersey.

BACK ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK:

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back order, exchange or cancel instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Reese Robert would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. ReeseRobert.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at neil@reeserobertbeauty.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We are unable to refund the freight charges and we cannot accept any used products after that period. Due to the nature of the product, product boxes must remain unopened and in the original state.

COLOR ON THE INTERNET

Reese Robert wants you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please keep in mind that color monitors display colors differently, so if you have concerns about specific colors, please email our customer service. We'll get back to you right away with information to help you select the products that are right for you.

PRODUCT USE

If you have or displayed allergies to latex it is recommended that you not use Reese Robert products.
